I have always had a keen interest for property, but I found a passion for it in 2019 when I started a Sales Negotiator role at a well-known Welsh estate agency, this sparked my excitement for property further.

During my time working in estate agency, I was involved in over 200 property transactions and have seen every kind of buyer, vendor and dealt with all manner of issues that arise.

As I progressed in this role, my Interest in property investment grew, so I delved into learning as much as physically possible about the subject and started connecting with industry professionals.

I transitioned into property sourcing mid-2021 and decided to go full time and set up my own company; South Wales Property Sourcing Ltd, in October 2021. Since launching my company, I have undergone formal CPD training in running a sourcing business and began investing in property myself in 2022, successfully completing 3 flip projects of my own within my first 12 months, one of which was showcased on BBC’s “Homes Under The Hammer”.

I now focus on helping people with a lack of time and or property experience to maximise returns on their money through a fully “done for you” property investment service, as well as focusing on my own development projects.
